Blackberry 'Satin'

Taste: Sweet and juicy with a mild, pleasant tang. This variety is known for being thornless, making picking much easier.
Planting: Choose a sunny, sheltered spot with free-draining soil. It is a vigorous grower, so provide a trellis or fence for support.
Pruning: Fruit is produced on second-year canes (floricanes). In winter, cut the canes that finished fruiting down to the ground. Tie the new green canes (primocanes) to your support structure for next year's crop.
