A lovely formal double camellia, strong upright growth, deep pink flowers with a rich fragrance. Luxuriant rich green foliage makes for an evergreen attractive shrub. Masses of blooms from July through to September. The blooms can be enjoyed indoors by floating gracefully in a bowl. Happiest in semi-shade with acid soil, sheltered with well drained soil organically rich. Provide a site sheltered from cold dry winds as buds and flowers may be damaged.
