Corokia Cotoneaster
Corokia Cotoneaster
Cotoneaster - an attractive native shrub with fine twiggy wire-netting bush for its wiry and interlaced branchlets.
In summer it has starry-yellow flowers followed by red fruits. Great for coastal and exposed gardens. Hardy. Avoid sites that are boggy in winter. These plants will do well in full sun or part shade and are very tolerant of frosts and low fertility. They prefer free draining soil, but are not too fussy.
Excellent hedge plant. 1m x 1m.
