European seedless table grape that has round red fruit with a crisp, firm texture and an excellent sweet flavour. The vine is heavy bearing and the grapes ripen quite early - around about February/March. Happiest in a sunny, sheltered spot in nice free draining loam. Deciduous.

A vigorous, fast-growing vine that produces dense clusters of round, red grapes that keep well in storage. It is a hybrid of Thompson Seedless. For a Flame Seedless to be called good-quality, it must be plump, well-colored, and firmly attached to the stem. The grapes are usually picked ripe, as they do not ripen after harvest.
