Medium sized plant with chalky blue leaves, ovate/heart shaped. Leaves have gentle corrugation with gentle waves.

In summer, pale lilac-blue flowers are produced on flower spikes that rise above the foliage. Best grown in part to full shade and ideal for the underplanting of trees. Requires fertile soils that are moist and free-draining.

Flowers are fragranced. Great shade loving plants, dormant in winter. Protect from snails when new shoots emerge. Grow to about 50cm high and 100cm wide
