Feijoa Kaiteri

Kaiteri is a heavy-cropping, mid to late-season feijoa that has quickly earned a devoted following among New Zealand home gardeners. Named after the beautiful bay in the top of the South Island, Kaiteri produces large, smooth-skinned fruit with thick, creamy flesh and a wonderfully rich, aromatic flavour that is sweet with just the right hint of tang.

One of Kaiteri's great strengths is the consistency of its crop — it bears reliably and generously, and the fruit tends to be evenly sized, making it particularly satisfying to harvest.
