Lomandra Frosty Tops

Lomandra Frosty Tops is a lightly weeping plant which produces fine green-grey foliage with silver frosted new growth. Frosty tops is a tough and reliable ornamental grass with outstanding aesthetics. Plants have a grey-green foliage and new leaves emerge with a silver colouring. Small yellow flowers are borne amidst the foliage in spring and combine nicely with the foliage.

Grows best in full sun or partial shade on a well-drained site. The plant is tolerant of drought, frost, cold climates wind, costal climates and most soil types except extreme wet. Frosty tops looks great mass planted, included in boarders or mixed plantings or used anywhere else where a hardy and attractive grass is required. It grows to 50cm tall as well as wide.
