Nandina Richmond is an excellent choice for a low-maintenance ornamental plant. Elegant, reddish cane-like stems, changing colour with the seasons. Masses of scarlet-red berries winter to spring. A upright compact evergreen shrub with fine-textured, delicate, lacy foliage that emerges bronze-red in spring, matures to a glossy green in summer, and turns shades of red and purple in fall and winter.
